Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.Responsibilities:Primary responsibility for client data managementValidate and ensure data integrity across a broad spectrum of reports and analysisProduce senior management reports and ad-hoc data analysisPrimary liaison for Client Strategy Management processes and operationsProvide end to end support for project management. Driving a project through from needs analysis to deliveryWork with Data Management Unit to control updates and data quality for business target markets, including managing the annual Target Market review.Liaise with product partners and bankers throughout the Institutional clients group to ensure that client data / information / tools are effectively utilized.Identify and drive solutions to improve client relationship tools and productsProvide data, presentations and independent analysis for senior management and business heads.Support the group in producing presentations for management, financial reporting and assisting in other special projects.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:0-2 years prior experience in financial services and knowledge of banking products and concepts is a plus but not essential.Experience producing data analysis with a high level of accuracyEffective quantitative and analytical skillsAbility to work well in a fast paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long term professEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
