About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in the semiconductor industry to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering and technical talent, supporting business growth across cutting-edge semiconductor programs.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

What You Can Expect

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter with deep sourcing expertise to own end-to-end recruiting for highly specialized engineering roles across semiconductor design, verification, physical design, process engineering, optical/photonics, and embedded software. You will serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders, bring creative sourcing strategies to a fiercely competitive market, and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities across semiconductor engineering disciplines.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
  • Responsible for experienced hires for multiple European countries such as Romania, Switzerland, and Italy. Will act as the back up recruiter for Israel hiring.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top semiconductor talent (e.g., ASIC, SoC, design verification, physical design, firmware, DFT, firmware/embedded, process engineering)
  • Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: LinkedIn Recruiter (Expert level), GitHub, IEEE Xplore, patent databases, DAC/Hot Chips/ISSCC conference attendee lists, and niche semiconductor forums.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates across key talent pools
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, referrals, and events
  • Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, including compensation trends and talent availability
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Track and manage recruitment metrics using Workday system and generate reports as needed
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on the semiconductor industry
  • Demonstrated, proven expertise in proactive sourcing: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter Expert, GitHub, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement — not just applying to job boards.
  • Proven track record of hiring for specialized roles such as IC design, verification, physical design, process technology, packaging, and test engineering
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, tools, and development lifecycles
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday Recruiting, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills

Expected Base Pay Range

45,000 - 60,000, EUR per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
