**What you'll build**
SAP Concur is a market leader in corporate travel, expense, and invoice management. As we migrate customers globally to our next-generation T2 platform, quality is mission-critical.
We are building an AI-native quality engineering team in Prague that orchestrates AI to deliver automated testing at scale (300-400 complex end-to-end tests), develops AI-powered testing frameworks enabling other dev teams, uses AI agents to monitor production and troubleshoot issues, and supports global T2 customer migration. Our goal: 100% AI-powered automated testing.
You'll learn to instruct AI to build intelligent testing systems for a platform used by thousands of companies worldwide.
Specifically, you will:
• Instruct AI to generate and maintain automated test suites for complex workflows
• Build AI-powered testing tools and frameworks used by other development teams
• Create AI agents that monitor production systems and identify anomalies before they impact customers
• Leverage AI to troubleshoot test failures and production incidents efficiently
• Use AI to validate T2 migration workflows and ensure no regression for migrating customers
• Work with Product Teams to support global customer migration with AI-powered quality checks
• Develop prompt engineering skills to maximize AI effectiveness in testing and troubleshooting
• Experiment with LLM-based approaches to achieve 100% AI-powered automated testing
**What you bring**
• BS Computer Science or similar work experience
• 0-2 years in software development or quality engineering
• Experience with Python/Java/JavaScript (Python/Java preferred)
• Basic understanding of testing, REST APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus)
• Strong interest in AI/LLM technologies and prompt engineering
• Ability to think AI-first—knowing when to leverage AI vs. traditional approaches
• Analytical problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Active spoken and written English
**Where you belong**
You'll work in a collaborative, global engineering environment with several hundred engineers. This team is critical infrastructure—you're enabling quality across the entire Concur Travel organization through AI-powered automation.
You'll have access to mentorship, structured learning in AI-assisted engineering, and exposure to cutting-edge practices in prompt engineering, AI agents, and observability. You'll gain hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems and pioneering work at the intersection of AI and quality engineering.
This role is ideal if you want to be at the forefront of how AI transforms software quality—moving from writing tests manually to orchestrating AI agents that autonomously generate, maintain, and execute tests.
Your team is co-located in Prague but collaborates internationally. You'll build solutions used by thousands of companies worldwide—an opportunity to develop deep expertise in AI-native quality engineering while having real global impact.
