ATF Electrician - Level III (1st Shift)

Apply manufacturing knowledge to implement process, equipment, and application changes that support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
Leverage problem-solving and analytical thinking to identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Commit to ongoing learning and skill development to stay current on automation technologies, programming methods, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Additional Information:
- One of the following minimum requirements:
— At least 7 years of experience in a relevant trade field, or
— A Journeyman Trade Certificate with relevant experience, or - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
- Ability to provide training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production.
- A 2-year technical degree in a related field, plus 3 years’ experience working in the Machine Repair/Industrial Electrical field
Electrician Specific:
Knowledge and understanding of the NEC and IEC (National Electrical Code and Industrial Electrical Code) is required along with training, authorization, and certification in 70E.
Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, CNC, automation, and Robotic controls is required.
