How you create impact
As a Junior Automation Developer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our automation portfolio while developing your technical expertise in Python and UiPath. If you're looking for a role that blends learning, collaboration, and hands-on problem-solving this is your opportunity.
In this role, you will directly support our automation operations and help keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly by:
- Proactively monitoring daily execution logs and dashboards to keep production automations running effectively.
- Identifying and resolving minor bugs or technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Designing and implementing low-complexity automation solutions using Python and UiPath under the guidance of senior developers.
- Supporting internal stakeholders such as RPA/AI development teams and Product Owners.
- Ensuring timely handling of support tickets to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies and providing updates on support tasks and development progress.
- Maintaining clear and accurate documentation for all automations and support activities.
What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on automation.
- Technical Foundations of Python and UiPath, or a strong interest in developing these skills through certifications or studies.
- Ability to troubleshoot logically and solve problems with guidance.
- Attention to detail when monitoring processes and handling support activities.
- Commitment to maintaining stable and reliable automation environments.
- Willingness to work closely with developers, product owners, and other global stakeholders.
- Comfort participating in Agile ceremonies and learning how to work in a Scrum setting.
- Desire to develop into a stronger RPA professional and learn from experienced engineers.
- Openness to feedback, new technologies, and continuous learning.
- High English Proficiency
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00pm under an hybrid
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
