Department Overview
Serving as a critical link between intricate financial analytics and strategic business execution, the International FP&A and Business Intelligence Analyst plays a vital role within our international finance team. This position focuses on driving the standardization and automation of regional reporting processes, enabling senior leadership to leverage high-quality, real-time insights for informed decision-making
Job Description
Reporting & Governance: Manage the end-to-end execution of monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with international regulations and internal governance standards.
Process Automation & Optimization: Evaluate existing financial workflows to detect inefficiencies, leading initiatives to streamline, standardize, and automate routine processes to enhance accuracy and operational capacity.
Business Intelligence Solutions: Create, support, and enhance advanced Tableau dashboards that act as a single source of truth for tracking real-time financial results and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
Strategic Business Partnership: Work alongside Sales Leaders and Finance Business Partners to translate complex data into clear models and visualizations that empower non-finance stakeholders to make strategic choices.
Commit View Support: Support the end-to-end development of commit views, helping coordinate multi-technology regional submissions.
Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Deliver advanced analytical support to Pre-Sales controlling teams, addressing unique inquiries regarding Approval Thresholds and SIP GM.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively deliver clear, data-backed findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and various cross-functional audiences.
Basic Requirements
Technical Capabilities: Proven familiarity with Tableau for data visualization; hands-on experience using Alteryx for data preparation and ETL processes is strongly preferred.
Data & Analytics Expertise: Demonstrated capacity to interpret extensive datasets and extract vital business performance indicators (KPIs) that foster optimization and development.
Financial & FP&A Acumen: Comprehensive grasp of financial modeling, international reporting practices, and standard FP&A planning cycles.
Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication capabilities combined with an innovative problem-solving mindset; capability to thrive within a fast-moving, adaptive environment.
