Accountabilities:

    • Drive sales growth for labels and consumables by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing of deals.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand operational and technical needs and deliver tailored labeling and packaging solutions.
    • Support customer success through accurate order processing, file preparation, proofing, and issue resolution.
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customer service functions to ensure seamless execution.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance tracking.
    • Travel extensively (up to 80%) to meet customers and develop business across the assigned region.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of territory sales experience with a proven track record of consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
      • Experience in labels, consumables, packaging, or related industrial sales environments strongly preferred.
      • Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
      • Proven expertise in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
      • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a self-driven and autonomous mindset.
      • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for pipeline and sales management.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
