When the world awaits your product, choose the laboratory that provides complete capabilities and rigorous quality systems you can trust.Job DescriptionWe are seeking the Head of BioPharma Product Testing, with end‑to‑end responsibility for the Benelux Biopharma Product Services network in the Benelux region.  Reporting to Regional Business Line Leader BioPharma Product Testing Europe, this role holds full P&L accountability and leads strategy execution across a multi‑site, regulated, and growth‑oriented business. The position is based in Leiden, the Netherlands.Strategic & Commercial LeadershipDefine and execute the BioPharma Product Testing strategy across Benelux.Drive top‑line growth and market share expansion, with a strong focus on strategic and key accounts.Position and evolve the service portfolio to anticipate regulatory changes, customer needs, and market trends.Partner with Company Presidents, Boards, and Executive Management Teams to set long‑term objectives, scientific direction, and commercial priorities.Operational & P&L OwnershipMaintain full accountability for P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin, cost control, and capital discipline.Translate commercial strategy into concrete operational levers, ensuring efficient, scalable, and profitable service delivery across laboratories.Identify and drive structural performance improvements, combining entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline.People & LeadershipEnsure the business is led by high‑calibre leaders; develop, coach, and succession‑plan key management talent.Foster open communication, accountability, and performance culture across countries and sites.QualificationsExperienceMinimum 7 years in senior leadership roles, with at least 3 years of full P&L responsibility for complex, multi‑site businesses.Demonstrated success in growth‑driven, commercial organisations.Ideally coming from regulated environment.EducationMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Life Sciences required.LanguagesFluent in English and Dutch.CapabilitiesStrong commercial and strategic acumen.Excellent financial literacy and P&L ownership.Data driven and fact oriented decision maker.Proven people leader with the ability to build and challenge teams.Entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and outcome‑driven.Comfortable operating at Board and Executive level.Additional InformationWe support your development!
