Director of Business Development
Role responsibilities
The Director of Business Development will define and own ASR’s federal capture strategy, managing senior customer relationships and leading capture for major opportunities. This role includes delivering executive-level briefings and representing ASR at industry events.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in defense business development or related fields, with a strong understanding of federal contracting processes. Proven leadership in capture management and negotiation on government contracts is essential.
