We're looking for someone to build, scale, and own it.This is primarily a Business Development role - not a brand management one. You'll be designing systems, sourcing new channels, and driving the kind of growth that compounds. Your goal is clear: double the number of users we acquire through influencers within 6 months.You'll lead a team of junior entrepreneurs across diverse markets, bringing structure and strategy to their work while pioneering entirely new approaches to influencer acquisition - from AI-driven solutions to vertical-specific campaigns to affiliate innovation.If you're a builder who gets energy from creating something from scratch, thrives without a playbook, and wants your earnings to reflect your results - this is your role!What you'll do:Strategic Development (60%)Design and execute monthly influencer acquisition campaigns targeting specific verticals (health & fitness, gaming, lifestyle, finance, and more)Build professional influencer sourcing processes beyond the Sweatcoin app, leveraging external platforms, direct outreach, and your own creative approachesExplore and test new acquisition channels: AI-driven solutions, third-party affiliate programs, virtual influencersDevelop compelling lead magnets and communication strategies to attract high-quality influencers at scaleAnalyze market opportunities and build...
