Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality Workday HCM support services, helping clients enhance and optimize their business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday HCM issues while providing timely and effective solutions.
- Partner directly with clients to understand requirements, manage requests, and ensure successful delivery of support activities.
- Prioritize and manage multiple client requests or tickets while meeting agreed service expectations.
- Participate in internal training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Contribute to internal projects and process improvements that strengthen team performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to build trusted relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support team development activities, including mentoring consultants and managing escalations when applicable.
- Assist with solution scoping and the creation of sales-related materials by leveraging Workday expertise when required.
- Workday HCM Certification is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of Workday HCM post-production support experience with a Workday partner supporting customers of various sizes.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM processes, configurations, and troubleshooting practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client requests.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to evaluate different perspectives when addressing challenges.
