Accountabilities:

    • Monitor industrial production systems using AI-powered dashboards to track performance, process stability, and key operational metrics
    • Analyze alerts, anomalies, and process deviations to identify risks and ensure operational continuity
    • Act as a remote liaison between AI-driven insights and on-site manufacturing teams, supporting real-time decision-making
    • Provide escalation support by troubleshooting complex industrial process issues using engineering expertise
    • Maintain accurate operational logs, shift documentation, and structured handover reports between teams
    • Collaborate with production and engineering stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve process efficiency
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and recommending corrective actions
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
      • 4–8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing operations, process monitoring, or plant engineering roles
      • Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial control systems such as DCS, SCADA, and historians (e.g., AVEVA or similar platforms)
      • Ability to analyze complex operational data and translate insights into actionable engineering decisions
      • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and industrial system behavior
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with on-site teams and technical stakeholders
      • Familiarity with industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems is highly desirable
      • Nice to have: experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process optimization methodologies, or OT connectivity systems
      • Interest in AI-driven industrial solutions and digital transformation in manufacturing environments
