Accountabilities
- Partner with account managers, business development teams, and leadership to develop strategies and campaigns that drive growth across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft cloud solution portfolios.
- Support account planning activities by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives.
- Lead the presales process from discovery through closure, including creating proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, statements of work, and solution documentation.
- Analyze client requirements and translate business challenges into scalable Dynamics 365 and cloud-based solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Create customized demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs and business scenarios.
- Facilitate workshops, envisioning sessions, and “art of the possible” discussions to help customers identify technology opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, lessons learned, and recommendations that improve solution offerings and sales strategies.
- Stay current with Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and evolving customer needs to provide relevant guidance and expertise.
- 10+ years of professional experience as a subject matter expert across multiple Dynamics 365 or related technology areas.
- 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 solutions, including Finance and Operations and/or Customer Engagement.
- 5+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions focused on measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Advanced analytics experience with the ability to translate data insights into business solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery environments.
- Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic technology discussions.
- Experience supporting sales processes, solution design, proposals, and client engagements.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
- Ability to quickly understand new technology concepts and assess their relevance for customer solutions.
- Preferred certifications include:
- Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
- Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certifications.
- Power Platform Fundamentals.
- Power Platform Developer certifications.
