Essential requirement: Previous NetSuite sales experience is mandatory, alongside proven SME/small business sales experience and success in a high-volume, highly transactional sales environment.

This role is based is focused on winning new business across the SME and small business segment. The successful candidate must bring proven NetSuite experience, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to thrive in a highly transactional sales environment with a strong focus on volume, velocity, pipeline discipline, and consistent new customer acquisition.

 

What You’ll Bring

Proven NetSuite experience is required. You understand the NetSuite platform, its value proposition, and how to position it effectively with prospects.

Strong SME and small business sales experience is required. You have successfully sold to small and medium-sized businesses, understand their buying behaviour, and know how to create urgency with leaner, faster-moving decision-making groups.

Experience in a highly transactional sales environment is essential. You are comfortable managing high-volume pipeline activity, fast qualification, short-to-mid sales cycles, and consistent new business pressure.

• You approach sales with an energetic, insight-driven mindset, passionate about exceeding targets and skilled in uncovering and unlocking opportunities through effective prospecting, lead generation, and engagement.

What You’ll Do

Win new business in the SME market. Own your territory, drive new customer acquisition, and close net-new accounts with fast-growing small and medium-sized businesses.

Operate in a high-velocity sales environment. Manage a highly transactional pipeline, balancing volume, speed, qualification discipline, and commercial focus to consistently exceed targets.

Sell the full NetSuite platform. Showcase the full power of the NetSuite solution suite, including ERP, CRM, PSA, eCommerce, and advanced AI-driven features, to deliver transformative results and measurable business value.

Apply your NetSuite experience. Use your knowledge of NetSuite’s value proposition, customer use cases, competitive landscape, and sales motion to build credibility quickly with prospects.

Lead with curiosity to deliver real value. Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, understand customer priorities, uncover opportunities, and recommend NetSuite solutions that deliver meaningful, measurable results.
