The Builder We're Looking For
Deep Engineering Mastery: You possess architect-level, full-stack engineering expertise and the profound confidence to autonomously build complex, mission-critical features from zero to one.
The Founder's Instinct: You embody the "All-in-One Builder" mindset—you instinctively identify high-leverage problems, define the necessary solution, and execute the delivery with relentless drive.
Agentic Mindset: You have proven, hands-on experience leveraging advanced AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to generate, test, and rapidly iterate on code, coupled with an insatiable hunger to integrate emerging AI capabilities.
Decomposition & Orchestration: The ability to look at a simple request and immediately decompose it into a robust, executable workflow that sophisticated AI agents can flawlessly execute.
Prompt Engineering Black Belt: Stellar skills in crafting ultra-effective prompts and defining explicit, guiding rules for AI tools, allowing you to focus on macro-architecture while the agents handle the micro-execution.
Bonus Points for Exponential Accelerators
Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (our initial high-impact projects will be focused here).
A proven knack for defensive project scoping that preemptively eliminates external bottlenecks, guaranteeing maximum velocity.
Experience in a true product-engineering hybrid role, bridging design and delivery without the drag of traditional project management layers.
A strong background in architecting automated testing and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines specifically for agent-assisted and AI-generated workflows.
