Introduction to the job

The US Talent Acquisition Attraction & Engagement leader will lead the distributed Talent Engagement (TE)- Center of Excellence (CoE), acting as the local authority on Brand, Sourcing, and Talent Engagement. This role bridges global Talent Acquisition strategy and local market execution, translating US Head of HR, TA and global frameworks into market-relevant solutions and ensuring strong local talent pipelines, employer brand positioning, and candidate engagement strategies.  The position will be responsible for balancing and allocating ASML TA resources along with internal/external partnerships to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions for all TE related strategic objectives.  The role will drive both internal and external talent engagement and candidate channel management strategies in alignment with US Head of HR, US Head of TA and ASML People Strategy visions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Local Talent Strategy & Market Translation

  • Translate Global Talent Engagement and sourcing strategies and initiatives into US-specific talent strategies and workforce scenarios.
  • Provide local talent risk insights, labor market intelligence, and scenario planning input.
  • Act as voice of the US market in global CoE discussions and strategy shaping.

Pipeline Sourcing & Candidate Relationship Management

  • Define and develop local sourcing strategy, target groups, and talent mapping.
  • Build and optimize local talent pipelines and sourcing plans.
  • Develop and drive candidate engagement strategies tailored to US market dynamics.
  • Ensure alignment between pipeline strategy and business demand planning.

Talent Engagement & Early Career Programs

  • Design and deploy local talent programs, including early career initiatives.
  • Build local talent communities and engagement programs.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment to secure business ownership and participation.
  • Adapt global frameworks to local early career landscape and market conditions.

University Relations (US Market)

  • Lead US university engagement strategy and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain local academic partnerships and ecosystems.
  • Manage events, programs, and engagement with target universities and talent networks.
  • Provide local higher education insights and trends to global teams.

Talent Marketing

  • Own local Talent Marketing strategy for the US.
  • Guide content creation and campaign execution by communications teams.
  • Ensure strong market positioning and candidate attraction in key talent segments.

Stakeholder & Organizational Leadership

  • Act as strategic partner to TA leadership, HR, and business stakeholders in the US.
  • Lead a cross-functional distributed CoE team across talent marketing, sourcing, and engagement.
  • Drive alignment between global, regional, and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure execution excellence while contributing to global change initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree of higher in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant work experience.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, or HR related roles.
  • Experience working in complex stakeholder environments within large organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and leading programs, projects, or initiatives.
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent strategy, or talent engagement preferred.
  • Effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$140,625-210,938

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
