What this job involves:
As Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC REMS, you will architect and execute a world-class talent acquisition strategy that enables JLL to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent at scale across the region—supporting 8000+ hires annually.
Reporting to the Global Head of Recruitment Delivery, you will lead a team of 50+ talent acquisition professionals across multiple countries, partner with business & HR leaders on talent strategy, and drive innovation in sourcing, adoption of recruitment technology, and candidate experience. You will operationalize "One JLL" principles by fostering collaboration across business lines and geographies to deliver integrated talent solutions. This pivotal role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, deep recruiting expertise, and the ability to influence and inspire across a complex, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive APAC REMS talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth
Lead and inspire a regionally distributed 50+ strategic hiring talent acquisition team across APAC, fostering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with offshore TA Lead in our shared service center to ensure our high-volume recruitment operation is delivering on hiring needs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate experience
Establish scalable recruitment processes, metrics, and governance frameworks ensuring quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as trusted advisor to APAC REMS leadership, providing workforce insights, market intelligence, and proactive hiring solutions.
Elevate JLL's employer brand through innovative sourcing, compelling candidate engagement, and best-in-class recruitment experiences.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and analytics to optimize pipelines and improve quality of hire.
"One JLL" Collaboration: Partner with Global TA, HR, CoE and business lines to leverage shared resources and deliver solutions.
Monitor KPIs: time-to-fill, quality of hire, satisfaction scores
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and JLL's global hiring standards.
Simplify Complexity: Navigate ambiguity, set clear direction, enable agile decision-making.
Stay curious, adaptable; anticipate workforce trends and lead change.
Preferred Experience:
12+ years in talent acquisition with 8+ years in senior leadership managing large-scale, multi-geography functions
Success scaling TA functions in high-growth organizations
Experience leading large, distributed teams of talent acquisition professionals.
APAC market knowledge across India, China, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia
Proven cross-cultural effectiveness, building trust, and integrating diverse teams.
Experience navigating local labor laws, immigration, and compliance across APAC.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in HR preferred.
