**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to support a number of executives on a rotational basis for the Centralized Leadership Support team. The person in this role will need to be a strong problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time and onsite in Menlo Park.
**Required Skills:**
Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internal and external meetings
2. Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
3. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
5. Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
6. Build cross-functional relationships between departments
7. General office duties as needed
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
9. 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
10. Experience balancing competing priorities
11. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

12. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
13. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
14. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
15. Prior or current experience supporting VP's at large scale tech company
16. Demonstrates attention to detail, responsible, proactive, drives tasks to completion
17. Experience independently managing projects, multi-tasking, and changing direction quickly if needed
18. Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners
19. Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross functional partners
20. Experience in a multi-staff office environment

22. Experience managing logistics across multiple teams
**Public Compensation:**
$100,610/year to $144,602/year + bonus + equity + benefits
