About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Director, Services Sales & Falcon Complete to lead the sales and business development of CrowdStrike's comprehensive services portfolio across JAPAC. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, managing a high-performing sales team, and positioning CrowdStrike's Professional Services and Falcon Complete MDR offerings with enterprise customers. The Regional Director will serve as the primary liaison for complex service engagements, manage regional sales strategy, lead team performance, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes in a competitive market. This role requires travel across JAPAC.
What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Performance Management: Build, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team; set team performance expectations; provide coaching, mentorship, and career development; drive accountability for revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategy for services and Falcon Complete; identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage sales pipeline; achieve/exceed regional revenue targets; establish territory plans and account strategies.
Services Sales Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of CrowdStrike's services portfolio, capabilities, and engagement models; articulate value proposition to enterprise customers; support complex deal negotiations and contract discussions.
Falcon Complete Specialist Positioning: Drive adoption of Falcon Complete as a comprehensive managed services solution; educate customers on Falcon Complete benefits (24/7 managed threat hunting, proactive threat monitoring, expert-led incident response); position Falcon Complete as a strategic alternative to traditional managed security services; support Falcon Complete sales enablement across the team.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders; serve as primary point of contact for complex service engagements; understand customer needs and position CrowdStrike solutions accordingly; ensure executive-level engagement when appropriate.
Cross-Sell Motion & Portfolio Expansion: Drive cross-sell opportunities by identifying and positioning complementary CrowdStrike products and services to existing customers; collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to expand customer wallet share; develop and execute regional cross-sell strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Market Positioning & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape; identify market trends and opportunities; position CrowdStrike competitively against established managed services and services providers; communicate market insights to leadership and sales team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Services Delivery, Account Management, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer engagements; coordinate with internal stakeholders to support customer success, retention, and expansion opportunities.
Customer Success & Retention: Ensure high-quality customer experiences; manage customer expectations; identify upsell and expansion opportunities; contribute to customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
What You’ll Need:
8+ years of enterprise software/services sales experience, with 3+ years in managed services, cybersecurity services, or related technical services domain
2+ years of team leadership and people management experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex, high-value deals
Deep understanding of managed services, services engagement models, and customer success drivers
Established relationships and credibility with enterprise customers
Ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Strong team leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Experience in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment
Bonus Points:
Experience selling managed services or managed security services (MSSP)
Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon Complete or competitive managed services platforms
Track record of building and scaling regional sales teams
Experience driving cross-sell and portfolio expansion initiatives
Background in endpoint protection, threat intelligence, or incident response services
Existing relationships within enterprise customer networks
MBA or advanced business degree
