  • Attend scheduled training sessions and seminars focused on both technical and soft skills development.
  • Collaborate on real-world projects, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
  • Participate in mentorship meetings and engage with managers for career guidance.
  • Represent Honeywell at various events and engage in community outreach when needed.
  • Complete required project assignments and demonstrate effective time management skills in a remote work environment.
  • Support the Building Management System (BMS) Technical Support team in daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, service summaries, management presentations, and customer support documentation.
  • Track and maintain records of technical support cases, customer issues, escalations, and resolutions.
  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze technical and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide visibility into support activities, service trends, KPIs, and team performance.
  • Support the reporting and tracking of training activities, certifications, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team development programs.
  • Analyze recurring technical issues and support the identification of trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, lessons learned, and best-practice repositories.
  • Collaborate with technical support engineers and other stakeholders to gather data and prepare analytical reports and insights.
  • Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives through reporting automation and data visualization tools.

 

  • Fluency in the English language, with the ability to read, speak, and write effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Students in Junior or Sophomore year, preferably enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • A strong academic record, eagerness to learn, and effective time management skills to handle remote work responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and data visualization concepts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data in a structured and professional manner.
  • Interest in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, Smart Buildings, IoT, or digital transformation technologies is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
