Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As an Associate SAP AI Orchestration Consultant, you will support client-facing teams to identify opportunities where AI-powered solutions can improve business processes and user experiences. Working alongside SAP functional consultants, architects, data specialists and senior AI practitioners, you will learn how to document business needs and contribute to the design of AI assets such as assistants, agents, AI workflows and orchestrations, prompts, personas and context maps. Key responsibilities include supporting client workshops and stakeholder discussions, capturing requirements, documenting As-Is and To-Be processes and contributing to design thinking activities. You will assist with the configuration, testing and refinement of AI assets such as assistants, agents, orchestration workflows, prompts, personas, context maps and AI application prototypes using low-code and no-code platforms. You will also support demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, proposal activities and the development of reusable IBM methods, templates and intellectual property. **Required technical and professional expertise** Please prepare a cover letter for this role and explain why you are a good fit for this role and your experience and interest in AI * Recent graduate with a demonstrated interest in AI, business transformation and process improvement. * Foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts, including prompts, AI assistants, AI agents or workflow automation. * Basic understanding of how business processes are analysed, documented and improved. * Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ideas clearly. * Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary consulting teams and contribute positively in client-facing environments. * Ability to understand, document, analyses and optimize business processes * Bachelor's degree in a business-focused discipline such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or related field. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * University project, internship, placement or personal project involving AI, automation, business analysis, process improvement or technology-enabled transformation. * Exposure to AI platforms or tools from major software vendors such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or other. * Exposure to AI assistants, agents, prompt development, orchestration solutions or low-code application platforms. * Awareness of SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, SAP Build, Joule or Business AI capabilities. * Awareness of business process mining and analytics tools such as SAP Signavio. * AI or innovation coursework, certifications or self-directed learning. * Understanding of Enterprise Design Thinking methodologies or interest in learning structured consulting and design methods.
