EMEA Supply Chain Finance Lead
What you will do
The EMEA Regional Lead for Supply Chain Finance will report to the Supply Chain Finance Global Lead. This role works closely with regional stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners to support effective deployment and ongoing management of the supply chain finance program across EMEA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the regional execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of the organization’s supply chain finance program across the EMEA region. Working under the direction of the Program Manager for Supply Chain Finance, this role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive regional alignment, support supplier onboarding, improve operational performance, and deliver measurable value to suppliers, buyers, and internal stakeholders. The EMEA Regional Lead plays a key role in supporting working capital optimization, supplier engagement, and risk management through effective regional deployment of supply chain finance solutions
How you will do it
Serve as the regional lead for the supply chain finance program across EMEA, ensuring successful execution of program objectives and alignment with global priorities.
Work under the direction of the Supply Chain Finance Global Lead, to implement strategy, priorities, and governance across the EMEA region.
Partner with procurement, treasury, finance, IT, and external financial partners within EMEA to optimize processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and execute regional project plans, timelines, and implementation activities for supply chain finance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to compliance standards.
Ensure service level agreements support efficient onboarding of suppliers to the supply chain finance program and can be scaled effectively across the region.
Work with the procurement analytics COE and supply chain finance partners to design and deploy analytics that provide clarity on EMEA onboarding timelines and contribute to suppliers being paid on time.
Drive year-over-year growth in EMEA adoption of the supply chain finance program in line with industry-leading standards and global program targets.
Assess and mitigate regional risks associated with supply chain finance, maintaining strong controls and adherence to regulatory and policy requirements.
Provide training, communication, and change support to internal teams and external partners across EMEA to maximize program adoption and effectiveness.
Additional duties as assigned by management and the Program Manager for Supply Chain Finance.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
5+ years of experience in supply chain finance, program management, procurement, or related fields, including regional or cross-border scope.
Strong understanding of supply chain finance concepts, working capital optimization, and financial instruments (e.g., reverse factoring, dynamic discounting).
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders across a regional environment.
Knowledge of EMEA business practices, regulatory considerations, and supplier environments is preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and financial systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Our salary and benefits
The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2,430 - €3,807 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
