【工作内容】
1、负责日常安全检查及隐患排查，识别并消除电气、危化品等安全隐患；
2、组织落实环保与职业健康管理体系，定期开展安全培训及应急演练工作；
3、对接电力设施维护与特种设备管理，确保生产作业符合国家安全法规标准；
4、主导事故调查与分析，制定整改方案并跟踪闭环，持续优化安全管理流程；
5、编制安全技术操作规程，审核项目施工方案中的安全措施落实情况。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程或电气相关专业，持有注册安全工程师证优先；
2、具备3年以上电子制造或电力行业安全管理经验，熟悉EHS法律法规及行业标准；
3、精通隐患排查治理体系，能独立编写安全管理制度及应急预案；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和突发事件处置能力，原则性强，抗压能力佳；
5、熟练使用Office办公软件及安全管理相关系统，能适应工厂现场工作环境。负责现场安全管理及日常检查。
