Accountabilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization focused on reliability, automation, and operational excellence.
- Establish automated monitoring and health-check capabilities across strategically important enterprise systems.
- Define and execute initiatives that improve service levels, reliability metrics, operational visibility, and technology performance.
- Govern enterprise technology changes to ensure effective prioritization, minimal disruption, and alignment across business and technology teams.
- Lead major incident response efforts, providing clear direction and communication during critical events.
- Drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance technology operations.
- Develop metrics-driven reporting frameworks, including service-level indicators and performance objectives, to support continuous improvement.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to advise on technology strategies, operational risks, and transformation opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including enterprise architecture, technology strategy, service management, or operational leadership.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and improving technology reliability across complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of technology lifecycle management, product management principles, and performance measurement frameworks such as KPIs or OKRs.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead highly skilled engineering teams.
- Excellent executive communication, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure operational situations.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, including maintaining a dedicated workspace and meeting required connectivity standards.
