As a Casual Kitchen Assistant, you’re not just you're not just maintaining a clean and organised kitchen and bar – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Support kitchen operations: Assist the Kitchen and bar team in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-prepared environment to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness standards: Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly, supporting efficient food preparation and service
Ensure health and safety compliance: Follow all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe environment for both team members and guests
Support team efficiency: Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running seamlessly and support overall team performance
Assist with kitchen organisation: Help manage the flow of equipment and ensure all items are readily available for use by the kitchen team
Contribute to a positive team environment: Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic while supporting a productive and rewarding workplace
