Management and Program Analyst

This position is located in the Bureau of Human Resources, Office of Employee Relations (HR/ER) which promotes the use of Department human resources (HR) by developing, implementing and promoting quality of life policy and programs, maintaining HR regulations, administering discipline processes and communicating to employees these programs. This position serves as a subject matter expert for client care of employees and family members affected by Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs). Primarily plans, implements, and improves upon the Department's operations, procedures, and methods. Focuses on legislation and processes intended to benefit employees and family members affected by Anomalous Health Incidents. Coordinate programs and activities ensuring effective and efficient contributions to the Department's overall mission and strategy. Performs a variety of duties to carry out, administer, or advise on work concerned with assuring the quality of client care, business processes and delivery of services needed to execute Department priorities for client care.
