Scope
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Clinic Care Specialist to join our Client & Clinic Care team in Copenhagen. This is a 12-month maternity cover, with the potential to be extended.In this role, you will be at the heart of our clinic relationships, ensuring that our partners receive a seamless, professional, and supportive experience at every touchpoint. You will work across operations, client care, and commercial support—playing a key role in both maintaining strong partnerships and identifying opportunities for growth.
About the role
As our Clinic Care Specialist, you will take ownership of the day-to-day interaction with clinics. You will ensure that orders and cases are handled efficiently, while also supporting onboarding and training for new clinics and staff. You will become a trusted partner to our clinics, helping them navigate systems and processes and ensuring they feel supported at all times.You will also work closely with our Commercial team, contributing valuable insights about clinics’ needs, potential, and development opportunities. At the same time, you will collaborate with the Client Care team, stepping in to support case handling and customer communication when needed.
This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing structure and service excellence with commercial awareness and relationship building.
What you’ll be doing and Who you are
You will manage incoming clinic orders and cases with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and a great customer experience. A key part of the role is onboarding new clinics and ensuring they are set up for success through training and continuous support, including delivering a high level of service on our Clinic Extra platform.You will actively use CRM as a central tool in your work, ensuring that all clinic interactions and account information are accurate and up to date. At the same time, you will keep an eye out for patterns—whether related to systems, processes, or clinic behavior—and help identify areas for improvement.
Working alongside the Commercial team, you will help map out clinic needs, growth potential, and key stakeholders, enabling a more focused and strategic approach to the market. You will develop a solid understanding of the local landscape, including clinic operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
In addition, you will support the Client Care team by helping resolve cases, responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. You will play a key role in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Finally, you will contribute to maintaining strong data quality and governance, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and local requirements.
Who you are:
You are someone who naturally builds strong relationships and enjoys working closely with clients and partners. You bring a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work, while still being flexible and able to handle a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
You likely have experience in client-facing roles—ideally within B2B, healthcare, or a similar setting—and are comfortable working with CRM systems and data. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you take pride in delivering a high level of service.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English, as this is our primary working language. Additional languages are considered a strong plus and will further strengthen your ability to support a diverse range of clinics.
At the same time, you have a commercial mindset and a curiosity for understanding what drives value for both the business and the clinics you support. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating across teams.
