Are you ready to build your career in procurement with hands-on exposure to real sourcing projects? As an Buyer, you'll support end-to-end RFx processes, help execute regional sourcing strategies, and work alongside suppliers to secure great commercial outcomes for JLL and our clients. You'll get involved in the full procurement lifecycle—from sourcing plan execution to supplier performance tracking—while learning to use industry-leading platforms like Jaggaer. What You'll Do

• Support sourcing project execution by helping implement annual sourcing plans, running RFx processes, and conducting e-auctions through the Jaggaer platform
• Assist in supplier negotiations for the provision of goods and services, helping align outcomes with business requirements
• Help track savings across assigned projects, including hard savings, cost avoidance, and value-add initiatives like working capital optimization
• Support risk and compliance efforts by identifying potential business risks and working with risk and compliance teams to uphold standards
• Help administer the Strategic Sourcing Audit program, ensuring compliance with JLL contracting and procedural best practices
• Monitor supplier performance through KPI and SLA tracking, supporting quarterly business reviews as needed
• Contribute to regional sourcing programmes by providing input and execution support for initiatives led by the leadership team
• Provide procurement support to operational and finance teams, help with cost analysis, and assist in preparing tender results for internal sign-off

What We're Looking For

• A growing interest in procurement, with a willingness to learn end-to-end RFx and contracting processes
• A commercial mindset with curiosity about supplier pricing, cost transparency, and savings opportunities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building relationships with suppliers
• A data-driven approach and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial information
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, customer-service mindset with a genuine desire to help solve problems
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams), with the ability to put together clear presentations
• Fluent English (written and verbal); additional Western European languages are a plus, along with strong attention to detail
