Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, SEO & Social Media) – Remote

About the Role

At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media initiatives that drive measurable business growth.

This is a hands-on execution role where you’ll own campaign performance across Google Ads, SEO, and social media channels. You’ll be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving search rankings, generating qualified leads, growing online engagement, and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS).

You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to develop, execute, and continuously optimize digital campaigns using data-driven insights and best practices.

What You’ll Own

Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
    • Search
    • Display
    • Remarketing
  • Conduct keyword research and organize campaign structures.
  • Write and optimize high-converting ad copy.
  • Manage:
    • Bidding strategies
    • Audience targeting
    • Budget allocation
    • Campaign pacing
  • Continuously improve:
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
    • Cost Per Click (CPC)
    • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
    • Conversion Rate
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research using tools such as:
    • SEMrush
    • Ahrefs
    • Google Keyword Planner
  • Optimize:
    • Meta titles
    • Meta descriptions
    • Headers
    • Internal linking
    • On-page content
  • Support technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
  • Identify new content opportunities and keyword gaps to improve organic performance.

Social Media Management

  • Manage engagement across:
    • LinkedIn
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
  • Schedule and optimize social media content.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience inquiries.
  • Monitor engagement trends and audience growth.
  • Recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Google Ads
    • Social media insights
  • Monitor KPIs including:
    • Traffic
    • Conversions
    • Engagement
    • ROAS
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Document campaign changes and optimization activities.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms and engagement.
  • Proven SEO experience using:
    • SEMrush
    • Ahrefs
    • Similar SEO tools

Core Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Google Ads
    • PPC optimization

    • Audience targeting
    • Bid strategies
  • Experience with:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
