Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Majesco implementations across Policy, Billing, and Claims in both P&C and L&AH domains.
- Define enterprise-level architecture, including system design, data flows, integration patterns, and application dependencies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solution alignment, feasibility, and long-term scalability.
- Lead architecture governance activities, design reviews, and enforcement of best practices across implementation teams.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, proposal development, and architecture positioning.
- Oversee integration strategies across cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring consistency and performance optimization.
- Guide teams in adopting modern architecture principles and ensuring adherence to insurance domain best practices.
- 10–15+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years in Majesco solution architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Majesco platform across Property & Casualty and/or Life & Annuity & Health domains.
- Deep understanding of insurance business processes including Policy, Billing, and Claims workflows.
- Proven expertise in enterprise solution architecture, system design, and integration architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and modern enterprise architecture patterns.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to define and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills in enterprise environments.
- Ability to balance strategic architecture design with practical implementation considerations.
- Competitive hourly rate between $63 and $68 per hour
