How you will do it:

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to contract requirements.
  • Inspect, test, and verify proper operation of security systems.
  • Conduct health checks on:
    • Access Control Systems
    • CCTV Cameras
    • Video Management Systems
    • Door Controllers
    • Card Readers
    • Power Supplies
    • Network Switches related to security systems
  • Ensure PM reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.

 

Corrective Maintenance (CM)

  • Attend service calls and troubleshoot system faults.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, communication, and network-related issues.
  • Rectify system failures within contractual response times.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers or OEM support when required.
  • Perform replacement of defective components and verify system restoration.

Technical Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the customer's security operations team.
  • Support user access requests, cardholder management, and system administration tasks.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit:
    • Service Reports
    • Preventive Maintenance Reports

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical & electronics or related field.

  • 1–2 years in Security Systems maintenance and support.
  • Experience in mission-critical or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Access Control and CCTV systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and customer management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Good report writing and documentation skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
