We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As a Recruitment Coordinator you help keep the Talent Acquisition pipeline moving and be a liaison between the Recruiters and the management teams that are hiring. This role can be fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities
- Keep Greenhouse (ATS) up to date with current openings and updated job descriptions.
- Create new requisitions for open positions as they open, and ensure job details are entered accurately.
- Help schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers upon request.
- Send out DISC personality assessments to candidates in the assessment stage as needed.
- Verify offer letter details, facilitate approvals, and send to candidates for signature.
- Ensure Onboarding teams have all information and documentation needed to enter new hires into HRIS, facilitate background checks, drug tests, etc.
- Manage prospective candidates in Greenhouse.
- Coordinate travel for candidates coming to corporate for interviews as needed.
- Close requisitions in Greenhouse as needed and repost as requested.
- May conduct phone screens when needed.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and offer process.

Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to detail - you don’t miss a thing!
- Must have prior experience in a related role
- A background in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Customer Service is helpful
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to calmly tackle daily challenges
- Must have attention to detail and be highly organized with great follow-through
- Knowledge of Google Suite (email, sheets etc.)
- Ability to use spreadsheets with ease
- Not afraid to learn new techniques and work in a constantly changing environment
- Must be ok with change - every day is different!
Education and Experience
- A background in HR, TA, customer service or marketing is helpful but not required
- New to recruitment/1 year or less
