Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.
The Invoice Processing Agent processes PO and non-PO invoices, performs three way matching of invoices and PTP monthly reporting.
- Responsible for processing invoices in accordance with parameters agreed with the client and in accordance with the DTP.
- Supports Invoice Aging Analysis and reporting as requested by the Team Lead
- Process transactions of medium to difficult complexity
- Process pre-coded invoices, including those with and without a purchase order
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Ensures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day
- Receive scanned invoices from Scanning Center
- Responsible for indexing of invoices before they are processed by the Payments Processor
- Escalates production issues to the team leader as appropriate
- Adherence to client’s policies and procedures
- Two-year degree required
- Minimum of 1 years of experience
- Candidates with knowledge of VAT (Value Added Tax) GST (Goods and Services Tax) and WHT (Withholding Tax) reporting preferred
- Working knowledge of both scanning and accounts payable applications
- Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities
- Experience with end of month closing activities
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communications skills required, Invoice Processing experience preferred
- Supplier Sourcing experience
- Productivity Reporting and Analytics experience
- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office to include Excel (V-LOOKUP)
- Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office
- Preferred background with experience in accounting systems, particularly SAP ERP, Oracle Financial Systems
- Invoicing experience in an IT Company
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills. Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team. Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and flexible, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
- Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels
- Responsible and ensures accuracy in the completion of tasks
- Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks thinking outside the box is a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
- Overtime and On-Call may be required
- Local holidays are observed
