- Responsible for providing medical support and first aid services to Team Members and guests when required.
- Ensures the effective operation of the hotel medical unit in accordance with Hilton standards, legal requirements, and health & safety procedures.
- Supports Team Member health and well-being by providing basic medical assistance, coordinating medical appointments, and following up on occupational health processes.
- Works closely with the Human Resources Department regarding medical procedures, work accidents, health records, and preventive health practices.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism regarding all medical information and Team Member records.
- Provide first aid and basic medical support to Team Members, including injections, wound care, and other necessary medical assistance within the scope of responsibility.
- Arrange doctor appointments and medical consultations for Team Members requiring further medical evaluation or treatment.
- Provide approved medication support for minor health complaints such as headaches or toothaches when medical consultation is not required.
- Respond to emergency medical situations by preparing required documentation and coordinating hospital transfers with the approval of the Human Resources Department.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of work accident reports in coordination with the Human Resources Manager.
- Provide medical assistance and support in case of guest health-related requests.
- Maintain sterile and hygienic conditions within the hotel medical unit.
- Maintain, update, and securely store Team Member medical records and health cards.
- Follow up on required medical examinations and health check-ups, including F&B Team Member medical controls.
- Manage the distribution of medicines and medical supplies to departments according to the established schedule.
- Monitor medical stock levels and coordinate monthly purchasing of required medicines and supplies.
- Inspect and maintain all First Aid Kits located throughout the hotel, including Kitchen, Housekeeping, Time-Keeper, Engineering, and Stewarding areas.
- Ensure First Aid Kit inspections are recorded in the relevant logbooks.
- Train and coordinate designated Team Members from other departments to provide basic medical support during absence or annual leave periods.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure confidentiality of all health-related information.
- Support Human Resources initiatives related to Team Member health, safety, and well-being.
- Comply with all Hilton International policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Management.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license and authorization to practice according to local regulations.
- Previous experience in occupational health nursing / workplace nursing is preferred.
- Proven experience in providing workplace health services, employee medical support, and health & safety practices.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures, emergency response, and occupational health requirements.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and handle confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with Team Members at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comply with Hilton standards, policies, and procedures.
