What You’ll Be Doing
You will join our Advice & Practice Excellence team reporting into the Senior Manager, Mobile Insurance Specialist Group. As a Mobile Insurance Specialist, you will work with a National Team and be responsible for providing highly specialized creditor insurance sales support to the Mobile Mortgage Advisors. Our goal is to influence the sale of creditor insurance by focusing on client need, offering solutions and providing deeper advice with every client interaction. You will partner strategically with the Mobile Sales Force leadership team to support their goals as well as partnering with the Insurance Product team to support changes, product launches and to stay ahead of the industry. This role supports our British Columbia Region. Mandarin language is an asset
How You’ll Succeed
Relationship Management – Meet and communicate with Regional Directors, Area Sales Managers and Mortgage Advisors to provide business updates and strategic advice that will help support their business and build belief in our value.
Business Development - Deeply understand your team , create a plan that will support Mortgages Advisors and their sales practices. Use your strong relationship building to create belief in our product, the benefits to our client’s and to the success of the Mortgage Advisor.
Client Engagement – Establish and build relationships with CIBC internal business partners including Insurance Product Group and the Insurance Helpline. Leverage this to support escalations and ensure your teams are compliant under Federal Regulations.
