Performs full studies (or portions of) and analysis to support Business Case Analysis (BCA) or Strategic Planning teams or to determine compliance with management practices and effective utilization of staff.
Researches and investigates new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations, or for senior staff.
Identifies trends and anomalies of agency data application platforms to accurately report and forecast patterns within applicable information management systems.
Compiles, coordinates, reviews, analyzes, maintains and disseminates management information data and statistics; identifies resources (human, capital, and natural) to support operations.
Advises on the distribution of work among positions and organizations and staffing levels
Advises on organizations, methods and procedures for providing administrative support systems and the potential benefits and uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations.
Develops program related objectives, strategies, milestones, rules and procedures.
Creates and presents ad hoc or standard reports, briefing charts, statistical/other data displays, management surveys to determine and report on compliance with management practices and effective utilization of staff, lifecycle, and cost analyses
