We are looking for a Senior Account Manager, Fusion SaaS to lead a direct territory focused on strategic Construction and Engineering customers. Why This Role Matters

Construction and Engineering customers operate in highly complex environments, often across large projects, multiple business units, joint ventures, distributed workforces, and global operating models. These organisations need technology partners who understand their business challenges and can help them improve visibility, productivity, planning, financial control, workforce management, and operational performance.

This role will help Oracle build stronger strategic relationships with key customers in the sector, identify new cloud opportunities, and position Fusion Cloud Applications as a platform for long-term transformation. • Position Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX based on customer priorities, business value, and transformation goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, working closely with Pre-Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Partner, and internal Oracle teams.

  • Create and progress pipeline through executive engagement, sector knowledge, customer insight, partner collaboration, and proactive prospecting.

  • Build compelling business cases using value-based selling, ROI analysis, references, and relevant market insight.

  • Accurately forecast opportunities, maintain strong pipeline discipline, and progress deals with clear next steps and ownership.

  • Generate near-term sales outcomes while building long-term account relationships and future growth opportunities.

  • Travel regularly to meet key customers and maintain strong territory coverage.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success as a complex SaaS or Cloud Applications Sales.

  • Strong ability to sell into large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, business units, and decision-making layers.

  • Experience engaging senior executives and influencing strategic business conversations.

  • A track record of building pipeline, creating new opportunities, and closing competitive enterprise deals.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate business value to executive, commercial, technology, and operational audiences.

  • Ability to understand customer challenges from multiple angles and translate them into practical technology-led outcomes.

  • Strong account planning, stakeholder mapping, forecasting, and opportunity management discipline.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the persistence and work ethic needed to create momentum in strategic accounts.

  • Proven success in selling either Oracle Fusion Applications or into the Construction and Engineering industry

  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to support key customer relationships.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong executive relationships are established and expanded across key Construction and Engineering accounts.

  • A clear account strategy is in place for each priority customer, including stakeholder maps, opportunity plans, and measurable next steps.

  • Pipeline is created, qualified, and progressed with strong discipline and accurate forecasting.
