Internship for Grid Automation & Software, this role offers hands-on experience with the GA&S technologies, products, solutions, services and projects.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on enhancing existing Grid Automation & Software solutions and developing new, commercially viable features. 
  • Solve real-world industry and customer challenges using a mix of electrical engineering principles, physics, and AI/ML techniques. 
  • Contribute to pilot projects and initiatives that shape the future of grid technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, or a master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, with a thesis focus on Electrical Power Systems, Protection, and Control.
  • Minimum cumulative or in-major 3.0/4.0 GPA.
  • Must be willing to work in office as well sites.
  • Must commit to working full time (40 hrs./wk.) during the internship in summer.
