Accountabilities:
- Lead advanced configuration, optimization, and administration of enterprise SaaS platforms, including identity management, collaboration tools, and productivity systems.
- Design and maintain SSO integrations, IAM policies, and access governance processes to ensure secure and efficient user management.
- Identify infrastructure improvements and implement technical solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Strengthen IT, cloud, and data security frameworks by monitoring risks, improving controls, and supporting compliance initiatives.
- Conduct regular user access reviews, security monitoring, and vulnerability remediation activities across company systems and endpoints.
- Manage complex technical escalations from support teams and provide advanced troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
- Own employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and asset management coordination.
- Support customer security reviews, vendor assessments, and compliance documentation requirements.
- Assist with SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST audit preparation by collecting evidence and maintaining security documentation.
- Develop automation workflows using scripting or low-code tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Track IT and security objectives, maintain performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on operational improvements.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Security Operations, or related fields.
- Advanced experience managing Google Workspace, identity platforms such as JumpCloud, MDM solutions, and cloud access management.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements, including SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
- Hands-on experience supporting security audits, access reviews, vulnerability management, and compliance readiness activities.
- Practical scripting or automation experience using Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage escalations requiring advanced system knowledge.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, SSO integrations, endpoint security, and enterprise application management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical topics clearly.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support global operations.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or healthcare technology environment is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Google Professional Workspace Administrator are preferred.
