FCE Bank is seeking a high-caliber Cash and Liquidity Analyst to join our Treasury team, reporting directly to the Assistant Treasurer. In this pivotal role, you will act as a guardian of the bank's financial health, balancing daily cash optimization across our European branches with long-term regulatory compliance.

This role offers a unique combination of technical financial modeling, regulatory strategy, and high-visibility stakeholder management. You will work closely with Risk and Regulatory Reporting teams, drive the monthly executive committee processes, and gain invaluable exposure to senior leadership. If you are a proactive finance professional looking to deepen your treasury expertise, champion automation, and accelerate your career in a regulated banking environment, we want to hear from you.

  • Daily Cash & Liquidity Management: Lead daily cash forecasting across Consolidated, Individual, and Third Country Branches (TCBs), recommending strategic actions to optimize positions and meet key risk metrics.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Strategy: Maintain and develop expertise in UK/EU liquidity regulations (specifically LCR and NSFR); support liquidity adequacy, stress testing, and the rollout of regulatory updates like CRDVI.
  • Executive Committee Coordination: Lead the monthly Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) process end to end—setting agendas, building executive presentation packs, and drafting the committee minutes.
  • Rating Agency & Disclosure Support: Lead the creation of Rating Agency Review packs, coordinate executive meetings, and support critical regulatory documents such as the ILAAP, Recovery Plan, and annual accounts.
  • Process Modernization: Identify and implement automation and AI efficiency improvements, supporting the rollout of global platforms like Anaplan and SAP Treasury.

Essential:

  • Technical Modeling: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience in complex financial modeling, data analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Communication & Coordination: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and coordinate with diverse, senior-level stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: A rigorous focus on accuracy and data integrity, with experience working inside structured compliance or control frameworks.
  • Drive & Curiosity: A proactive problem-solver with a strong interest in banking regulations and a passion for continuous improvement.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACT, CFA, ACA, or ACCA).
  • Prior experience in banking, corporate treasury, or financial services.

Additional Information:

The Company is committed to diversity and equality of opportunity for all and is opposed to any form of less favourable treatment or harassment on the grounds of race, religion or belief, sex, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or disability

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
