Accountabilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 analysts or editors, providing coaching, guidance, and support to build a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily team activities to ensure efficient execution of transcript creation, editing, and quality processes.
- Set clear performance expectations, establish goals, and ensure team members have the resources and training needed to succeed.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and content quality while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide regular feedback, recognize achievements, and support team members in addressing performance improvement areas.
- Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues, conflicts, and challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align team priorities with business objectives.
- Conduct team meetings, performance discussions, and development reviews to encourage growth and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership, team management, or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Experience managing team performance, employee development, and operational workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Prior experience with content development, editing, transcription, or quality review processes is preferred.
- Ability to work in a rotational night shift arrangement when required.
