Senior Vice President, POM Product Management

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Owner – Capstock POD to join our Fund & Investor Services (FIS) Platform team. This role is located in India – Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Own end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Transfer Agency and Capstock flows into accounting, aligned to platform priorities and client outcomes.
• Lead the migration of legacy processing onto ATOMx, with clear transition plans and execution against defined milestones.
• Drive standardized and scalable processing that improves straight-through processing, reduces manual intervention, and lowers operational risk.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap across Transfer Agency and Capstock workflows, including event processing, positions, and accounting integration.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, and Data teams to align delivery to target operating models, control requirements, and platform strategy.
• Act as the key coordination point across dependent PODs and platforms to manage upstream and downstream dependencies and ensure adoption of strategic flows.
• Establish clear ownership boundaries between Product, Operations, and Technology to drive execution discipline and avoid duplication.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience in asset servicing or post-trade environments, with strong exposure to Transfer Agency, Capstock, or accounting flows.
• Proven experience operating at Director or Senior Vice President level as a Product Owner, Product Lead, or equivalent in a complex, regulated organization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end trade and event lifecycle processing and accounting integration.
• Experience delivering platform migration or transformation programs, including movement from legacy to strategic architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to set clear direction, manage dependencies, and drive delivery across multiple teams.
• Experience leading senior product or change professionals, with accountability for delivery outcomes.
