Accountabilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate analytical requirements into actionable insights, and provide recommendations that drive measurable impact.
- Own analytics initiatives related to customer experience, retention, go-to-market performance, and financial analysis for subscription and ecommerce operations.
- Develop and maintain reliable data models and pipelines using SQL and data transformation tools such as dbt, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting environments.
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence platforms such as Sigma and Tableau to monitor key performance indicators.
- Manage weekly business review reporting processes, ensuring leaders have access to validated, relevant, and goal-aligned insights.
- Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve analytics processes and promote data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools and automation techniques to streamline workflows, accelerate analysis, and create scalable solutions.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical role.
- Experience supporting Post-Sales, customer success, subscription, ecommerce, product, or retention analytics is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience creating and maintaining data models and transformation workflows using tools such as dbt.
- Strong experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms, including Sigma, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to build and manage dashboards, reports, and data solutions used as reliable sources of business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to combine quantitative analysis, business context, and strategic thinking.
- Experience using AI tools to automate processes, improve productivity, and enhance analytical workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is considered a plus.
- Availability to work during standard US business hours (any 8-hour shift between 9 AM EST and 8 PM EST).
