Accountabilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with customers and dealers to verify loan application information, including identity, Social Security number, address, employment details, and project completion information.
- Review submitted information for accuracy, completeness, and potential issues that may impact financing decisions.
- Identify unusual situations or discrepancies and apply critical thinking and active listening skills to determine appropriate next steps.
- Accurately update customer information across internal systems during and after verification calls.
- Document verification results, conversations, and required details according to established procedures.
- Assist customers with questions related to interest, statements, account details, and financing information.
- Handle dealer inquiries regarding verification disputes, loan terms, documentation, project completion, and applicant communication challenges.
- Review loan processing status and documentation to ensure customer requests are properly addressed and routed.
- Escalate verification concerns, risk indicators, or process issues to appropriate leadership.
- Maintain knowledge of verification policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient processing and resolution of verification-related matters.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Minimum of two years of call center or customer service experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately manage sensitive information.
- Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Ability to identify issues, ask appropriate questions, and make sound decisions using critical thinking.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document information clearly and accurately.

- Availability to work two evening shifts per week and a rotating Saturday schedule.
