Manager, Customer Relationship Management
Role responsibilities
The Manager, Customer Relationship Management is responsible for defining the CRM vision and strategy, overseeing the CRM solution's day-to-day operations, and leading the CRM team. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement a CRM product roadmap and ensure the solution's success.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience with CRM solutions, along with 2 years of leadership experience. Experience in the financial services sector, particularly with credit unions, is strongly preferred.
