You’ll align investments, teams, and platforms for quicker client value and better service, using clear decision rights, transparent governance, and actionable metrics to drive priorities and ongoing improvement.
 Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Direct the principal activities across the end‑to‑end product delivery journey—intake, dependency management, release and deployment, and product operationalization—with a focus on feasibility and readiness.
  • Maintain a transparent portfolio view of timelines, cross‑team dependencies, and environmental constraints; identify and resolve blockers early.
  • Monitor product performance and delivery flow; translate insights into efficiency gains and coordination improvements.
  • Own and continuously improve the change management framework across functional partners, integrating risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead collaborative forums on resource planning, dependency risk, and deployment techniques; ensure fit-for-purpose environments and tooling.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and outcome orientation across COS and P&T.
 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Proven leadership of enterprise‑wide release and deployment practices; demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and production readiness at scale.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle and SDLC; strong technical acumen across architecture and design, CI/CD, testing automation, and service operations.
  • Proficiency in data and analytics to inform prioritization, measure performance, and drive decisions.
  • Deep experience with risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements embedded in delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to lead through influence and drive cross‑functional outcomes.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills (hypothesis-driven analysis, root-cause identification, prioritization) and the ability to translate complexity into clear executive narratives and decision-ready materials.
 Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience delivering automation and/or AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., workflow automation, decision support, intelligent document processing, or AI-assisted operations), including requirements shaping, backlog management, and post-implementation performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI and automation control considerations in a financial institution environment (e.g., governance, documentation, monitoring, and policy adherence), with the ability to partner effectively with risk and control stakeholders.
