Job Description

Role Objective / Purpose

1. Independently manage complex new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

2. Perform and validate manual premium adjustments and financial accuracy checks.

3. Manage billing follow-ups, reconciliations, and ageing items.

4. Handle medical panel policy administration under Group Medical (Accident & Health).

5. Conduct guided in-process validations to support L1 learning and accuracy adherence (non-QA).

6. Monitor RPA outputs, manage exceptions, and coordinate with IT for issue resolution.

7. Participate in UAT and training activities arising from system/process changes.

8. Act as an operational point of contact for underwriting and operations teams.

Skills Required

1. Understanding of post-bind workflows, including complex endorsements and amendments.

2. Analytical skills to identify inconsistencies and validate outputs in-process.

3. Proficiency in policy systems, Excel, and internal trackers.

4. Ability to communicate effectively with UWs and operations teams in a bilingual environment.

Qualification

Graduate with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business).

Introductory/intermediate insurance market courses (e.g., CII or equivalent)

B2 Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (written and read).

Basic English in Reading and Writing

Compliance & Governance

Adherence to company policies, SOPs, and information security guidelines.
