Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for intelligent access systems, including E9 and E3 platforms, aligning with broader network edge and cloud-managed strategies.
- Lead commercialization efforts for advanced network solutions, including aggregation services and next-generation access technologies.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through deployment, optimization, and end-of-life planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, labs, and field teams to ensure interoperability across ONTs, OLTs, and multiple PON standards, including GPON, XGS-PON, NG-PON2, and 50G PON.
- Own requirements definition and use case development, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Support customer engagements, RFP responses, and technical proposals by translating complex capabilities into clear value propositions.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to position solutions effectively in competitive telecom markets.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or product leadership within telecom, networking, or broadband access technologies.
- Strong expertise in PON architectures, ONT/OLT systems, and multi-vendor interoperability within access network environments.
- Proven experience working with telecom and MSO network architectures, including Layer 3 edge routing concepts.
- Strong understanding of industry standards such as ITU and FSAN, with exposure to interoperability testing environments or labs.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, sales, and customer teams to define and deliver complex network products.
- Familiarity with cloud-managed networking platforms and software-defined access solutions is highly valuable.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.
