Accountabilities:

    • Develop, optimize, and scale a repeatable pre-opening marketing framework supporting multiple franchise launches each month.
    • Create structured launch playbooks, timelines, checklists, budgets, reporting tools, and marketing resources to standardize successful openings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams across Creative, Brand, Growth, CRM, PR, and Operations to deliver effective localized marketing campaigns and assets.
    • Guide franchise partners through local marketing strategies, including community partnerships, public relations, influencer programs, paid media, social campaigns, CRM initiatives, grassroots marketing, and events.
    • Coach franchise owners through launch milestones by providing strategic direction, accountability, and best practices for execution.
    • Build scalable training materials, webinars, onboarding resources, and marketing guides that allow partners to independently manage local initiatives.
    • Develop hiring resources to support franchisees in recruiting and onboarding local marketing or community engagement support.
    • Identify, coordinate, and manage regional marketing vendors, agencies, and influencer partners that can support multiple markets.
    • Analyze launch performance metrics, including bookings, revenue, partnerships, media coverage, reviews, and customer acquisition, using insights to improve future launches.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, franchise marketing, regional marketing, retail, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or experiential marketing.
      • Proven experience supporting new location openings, grand openings, or local market launches with measurable business outcomes.
      • Ability to influence franchisees, operators, or multi-unit business owners through strong communication and strategic partnership skills.
      • Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
      • Hands-on knowledge of local marketing channels, including partnerships, PR, influencer marketing, paid media, CRM, community engagement, and grassroots initiatives.
      • Excellent communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
      • Strategic willingness to travel to support new market launches.
