Accountabilities:
- Design and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise AI applications.
- Build AI-powered chatbot experiences using AWS Bedrock and Large Language Model technologies.
- Develop scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines that connect multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
- Design, optimize, and maintain embedding strategies and semantic search solutions.
- Build and improve vector search systems for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Integrate different data sources into AI workflows and ensure reliable information processing.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM response quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Build cloud-native AI services using AWS technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance AI system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements for enterprise LLM applications.
- Support the creation of scalable architectures for conversational AI and intelligent data platforms.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong Python development skills and experience building production-level applications.
- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions and LLM-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and implementation.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services, including AWS Bedrock.
- Experience designing scalable backend systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Practical experience with embeddings, vector search, and semantic search technologies.
- Experience building AI-powered chatbot applications and conversational AI solutions.
- Experience designing multi-source data ingestion pipelines.
- Experience working with S3 Data Lakes and enterprise data environments.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and understanding of Large Language Models.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to technical details.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with tools and technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch Vector, ChromaDB, or FAISS is a plus.
- Knowledge of enterprise knowledge management systems, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, Infrastructure as Code, or LLM optimization is considered an advantage.
- Experience with connected TV (CTV), AdTech, or advertising analytics platforms is a plus.
